All our listings are on a Pay-Per-Listing basis and the prices will be as follows:

Agents:

• It is FREE. Upload up to 5 properties with 10 images and/or video clip. Video limit is 10MB. Also manage your availability calendar if property is for rent.
• $5 for  "Featured Listings" option upgrade. It displays on the main/home to the right side with your property image/info.

• For Sale or Rent By Owner plan is FREE. Upload up to 2 properties with 10 images and/or video clip. Also manage your availability calendar if property is for rent. Video limit is 10MB.
• $5 for  "Featured Listings" option upgrade. It displays on the main/home to the right side with your property image/info.

Realty-Rentals.com reserves all rights to change our pricing policy according to market demands. Membership is optional to all users and you can cancel your account at any time. We will refund your money if you made and honest mistake or if we did not provide you with promised service.
